Fitness Session
This is a one hour group or one on one single, focused session of physical activity that is structured to include a warm-up, focused workout, cool-down and stretch, with a goal of improving physical health and well-being. I will come to you or we may meet at an agreed upon location. Group Fitness sessions are meant for groups of 3 or more. One on One Fitness sessions are for older adults age 50 and older only. New clients please schedule a clarity call before scheduling a fitness session. Price is per hour. Military and Senior discounts are available.
