Hi, I'm LaQuisha, 

I help women over 40 feel lighter, stronger, and more like themselves again - without extremes, pressure, or starting over every Monday.

As a Health Coach, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor, I've worked with various groups.  However, I am most passionate about helping women feel lighter and stronger in their bodies. I've seen how different our bodies and lives can feel after 40.  What used to work does not always work anymore - and pushing harder often leaves you feeling more frustrated than empowered.  

That's why my approach is different.

I focus on simple, sustainable habits that support your body, your energy, and your lifestyle.  No all-or-nothing thinking.  No burnout.  Just a steady, supportive path back to feeling good in your body again.

I believe that feeling your best is not about being perfect - it's about feeling aligned, energized, and confident in a way that fits your real life.
